In order to ensure the peace of mind from your investment and the smooth running of Champneys Marbella we will take care of your day to day needs so that you can relax and enjoy the Resort to the full.

All Champneys Marbella investors will subscribe their property administration tasks and bills to the designated management company.

In this way investors can rest assured that all joint property will be properly mantained. Champneys Marbella services will include:

• The Champneys Rental Pool and Rentals Management for Apartments & Penthouses.
• Twenty Four Hour Security.
• A Concierge service for the daily assistance of all owners and guests to assist with matters such as:
• Fax and mail services, flight tickets, reservation of golf, restaurants, tennis, sailing etc.
• Arrangements for medical appointments and language assistance.
• Buildings insurance
• General repairs and upkeep. Lift maintenance
• Garden maintenance
• Communal Electricity invoices
• Cleaning of the communal areas of the apartment buildings
• Investors and their guests also have the benefit of the availability of the following services which are optional:
• Twenty four hour medical emergency services arranged through Helicópteros Sanitarios
• Private Medical Insurance arranged through Sanitas
• Daily or weekly cleaning
• Laundry and dry cleaning.
