All Champneys Marbella owners will subscribe their property administration tasks and bills to the designated management company.

In this way owners can rest assured that all joint property will be properly mantained. Champneys Marbella services will include:

Twenty Four Hour Security.

A Concierge service for the daily assistance of all owners and guests to assist with matters such as:

Fax and mail services, flight tickets, reservation of golf, restaurants, tennis, sailing etc.

Arrangements for medical appointments and language assistance.

Buildings insurance

General repairs and upkeep. Lift maintenance

Communal Electricity invoices
