A: Yes, for the first two years.

Q: What are the facilities of the Champneys Spa?
A: The Spa has heated indoor and outdoor pools, twenty five therapy rooms, a manicure salon, sauna and turkish baths, a jacuzzi terrace, a fully equipped gym, an exercise studio and juice bar, cafe restaurant, relaxation areas, a Champneys shop, conservatory gardens, sun terraces, spectacular patios and water features, a plaza with hanging gardens.

Q: What will the cost of membership after the first two years be?
A: It is envisaged it will be in the region of £1500 pa for a couple, with £500 per person extra for two additional named applicants. If, for example as an owner you use the resort for one month, you pay one twelfth of the fee, two months two twelfths etc.

Q: Can my friends and family use the Spa?
A: Immediate family as above, further guests will enjoy discounted rates.

A: Our concierge service can book a wide range of outdoor activities and watersports including golf in any of the international courses in the area open to the public.

A: Only in the apartments and public areas, but the spa and its facilities are limited to those 16 and over.

Q: Are the apartments fully fitted and furnished?
A: Yes, with everything required for luxury living, to a very high standard.

A: We have a comprehensive maid and maintenance service.

A: To ensure privacy of owners and guests, on site security 24 hours a day, with a guard on the gate of the Resort.

A: Yes, with lift access direct to your floor.

A: Yes, each apartment is sold with a large secure storage area.

A: Our concierge and reception service will be happy to deal with all day to day matters such as payment of bills, maintenance issues, even shopping and appointment booking.
